I like Classico Riserva. I can't stand sweet pasta sauces so this one is perfect for me. It's a touch tangy though.

I've got a basil plant in my garden and we just buy crushed tomatoes season it with salt, italian seasoning, fresh basil and olive oil. My wife also learned this two-ingredient pizza crust/bagel recipe (you can find it easily online) and we've been pretty happy about it since there's no proofing or yeast involved.
