I turned off my gadgets and use night shield during the evening. Too much blue light is harmful, and it made the body produce less melatonin. My sleep is increasing everyday. Might sleep for 8 hours tonight.

usually 5 on working days. But I get 40 hours in 4 days so I sleep plenty on my three days off.
