6 maybe.. the older you get the less you sleep. I think it has to do with how much energy you burn during the day. young people are really active so they need more rest

I need 8. But i can do with 5-6 for a few days and even get workouts in... but that means eventually i will sleep 10 hrs or longer and have to get it back. thats the danger, you need to get it back i guess.

Yeah but i'm not a robot... I don't fall asleep right away. i probably get around 7 hours despite laying in bed for 8.
