Dame roasted PG tho, not gonna lie. Keep running from the grind... so true.
Paul George knows he's not good enough to be a #1 so he joined Kawhi. At least he's not delusional like "2nd round time" Damian Lillard. I mean, has lillard ever even won a single conference finals game?

I'm exaggerating. But he's talked at length at basically he wanted the Lakers but they didn't think he was worth trading for etc.

He was swept by an average win margin of like 20 PPG if I recall.

If Lillard did start it with Beverly then ok. But PG jumping in? Why? He basically ended your legacy. He will always be the guy that Lillard hit a near half court series winning shot on

Choked away the season? If they finish 9th they can still play their way into the playoffs.
Their last 3 games are:
Philly without Simmons
Dallas who has nothing to play for and might rest guys.
Brooklyn

PG recently turned 30. He's got years to turn his career around. A couple titles, a couple more All NBA teams and it's a totally different narrative.

Exactly. 0-4 BUM. Even young PG took the heat to 7
If Dame had at least 1 ring in his career, I can totally see his argument. But he's usually grinding to just embarrass himself like 2018 playoffs or not even getting as far as PG did with his own team.
Now PG picked to be a robin in a potential dynasty. While Lillard is on the wrong side of a 9th seed. The pace they are going on, George will have a superior legacy.

I like this! That old skool shit talking, none of that soft shit today.

Re: Damian Lillard not happy with Beverley+PG postgame.
I love this shit.
PG is really, really, eternally mad at that 30 foot step back or whatever the hell occult trick that was. No beating Portland on a loaded team will soothe it.
I specifically remember the 2014 WCR1.
Bev was in is athletic peak. Actually had Dame’s number the entire regular season. Was probably underrated and never better as a player.
Dame sliced into his DNA with a super thin sword.
Houston was favored going in.
Dame executed him in that series game by game. Especially on the road.
Dame is an assassin who cut them very very deep.

Paul George should be over some petty grudge though, he's in the process of the biggest playoff run of his life and on the best team he has ever been on. So george should of just shrugged all this off really.

That was when Beverly had Harden leading him in playoffs though, the king of meltdowns. Can't blame that on Beverly, now he has a real playoff alpha on his team.

Missed 2 critical freethrows that would of heavily increased your playoff odds. Despite being like a 88% freethrow shooter? Sounds like choking to me. But they may still make it, just putting more pressure on themselves because Lillard's missed freethrows.
