Of course we can nitpick. I still love basketball, just not the nba. They have chosen to strike at a time when they are paid millions/more than 99% of the world could ever earn in many lifetimes.

Whether you agree with the social side or not is irrelevant.

I hope many fans tune out of the nba. I will. I may check games sometimes eventually, but now no longer see the players as fellow human beings. They showed us all that they are not just in a bubble physically- but socially, politically, and psychologically.

Why watch when they might strike anytime.
