From what I’ve read, there is evidence that climate change is a factor in the fires (and this is coming from someone on this board who used to think climate change wouldn’t be an issue until the long term future, so I may have to take a pill in humility already), but we can’t ignore other factors like poor forest management, which is something very important that needs to be addressed. Why does it always have to be one or the other? Likely a number of factors are contributing to what we are seeing.

Since you live under a rock ill break it down for you - All bad weather is caused by climate change (hurricanes, tornadoes, blizzards, droughts... everything). Before humans ****ed up the climate, there was no such thing as forest fires or hurricanes.

Also, good weather is caused by climate change too, so we cant be letting our guard down just because its nice outside.

Lots of other bad things are caused by climate change too - Trump was elected because of climate change, covid is only able to kill people because of climate change, transphobia is caused by climate change, cops are killing innocent black men because of climate change... so why dont you just shut up and BELIEVE science?
