Being on the team with by far the worst record in the league in 2008 is really a prominent stain on his career. Two years later LeBron arrived and rescued him from this abyss, before Wade faded into oblivion after LeBron left in 2014.
And the crazy part is that Wade was 3 years younger in 2014 than LeBron is now, when he won his 4th Finals MVP.
