If covid is still that much of an issue, the NBA may decide to do the whole bubble thing again. Though I doubt the players would put up for a full 82 game season in the bubble.

the border is still closed right now for the most part. so if thats a final resort during this temporary pandemic, then why not.

The Blue Jays had to do the same during the MLB season, playing in Buffalo all season for the same reasons.
