I don't know how defamation lawsuits exactly work, but there is no doubt that FoxNews/Newsmax would be forced to publicly backup their claims in a court of law. They would be humiliated when their defense is to start rambling through conspiracy theories that Lil Donny and his clown lawyers have been peddling for almost past 2 months. Chances are great that they would lose the lawsuit, just like Lil Donny keeps getting humiliated in court. I lost count of how many cases Donny has lost already concerning the election.
