Default Started drinking more green tea, now trying matcha tea

I've had matcha tea before, but haven't actually bought the powder to have at home.

(Most green tea is teabags, while matcha tea is in powder form.)

Not sure of exact health benefits of green tea vs matcha tea, but per some quick google searches, matcha has WAY more antioxidants.

Ordered this one. Haven't tried it yet.

Green tea is a good way to get L Theanine. I take it as a supplement myself. It's good for anxiety and helps your liver function.

Try drinking cattle blood. It's really good for you and it's just like drinking milk in many ways. Except that you drink it warm, before it gets cold. And the animal doesn't die.

Drinking tea, I don't know. Sounds a little, you know.

What's with all the sudden negativity? Is this related to my comment about the sport bra in your sport bra thread?

Also, I don't consider things like drinking cattle blood, or for example eating a deer's heart to be associated with estrogen.

Speaking of which, just yesterday I read an article about beer increasing estrogen levels, so your example wasn't a good example.

Beer, for example, often contains phytoestrogen and prolactin—two chemicals that can increase estrogen levels, which in turn decreases testosterone. These chemicals are typically found in hops and barley, two of the more common beer ingredients.

Those chemicals can cause man boobs.

i thought i was the only one that used it. it's great at counteracting the jitters from caffeine. it's also a vasodilator and helps you keep rock solid erections.
