    Trump probably thinks his lawyers can somehow get him out of this one, maybe with a *wink wink* to the judges he appointed. Somehow, that will be enough for millions of votes to be tossed out on basis of fraud but the expansion itself many months ago. And expansion was passed by none other than Republican legislature in each of the 6 states that Trump campaign brought about lawsuits (except for 1 state).
