We should have stayed opened 100% all year
We should have stayed opened 100% all year and, if any "stimulus" was to take place, it should have been direct cash payments to every American ($12,000 to $24,000 sounds good).
Change my mind.

I suppose you can make some excuses for March, but in April the field hospitals were torn down and Navy ships sailed out after discovering the rate of hospitalization is ~1% (not the predicted 15-50%), so everything should have opened then.
If someone has a better idea for what we should have done in March/April, let's hear it.

You don't close society for something that has a mortality rate comparable to the seasonal flu simple as that

As soon as cvd19 hit USA ground , Trump not only should of closed all the borders , but also closed the states.
30-60 days and our country could of been clean ,, and only allowed border access with cleaning procedures until
a vaccine was established.
IT plan and simply failed, and we have this shit hole to clean up

It hit the ground last year. It hit the ground last year. Trump followed the advice of his own team: Fauci and quacks. Fauci was still telling people it's safe to go on cruises in March, when millions of Americans had already been infected. So try again: what should we have done in March/April?

Worked out great for Sweden
Coronavirus: Swedish King Carl XVI Gustaf says coronavirus approach 'has failed'
Sweden's king has said his country "failed" to save lives with its relatively relaxed approach to the coronavirus pandemic.
King Carl XVI Gustaf made the remarks as part of an annual TV review of the year with the royal family.
Sweden, which has never imposed a full lockdown, has seen nearly 350,000 cases and more than 7,800 deaths - a lot more than its Scandinavian neighbours.
Prime Minister Stefan Lofven said he agreed with the king's remarks.
"Of course the fact that so many have died can't be considered as anything other than a failure," Mr Lofven told reporters.
