Why do people keep bringing this up? There is no conspiracy.

Lebron is THE coach killer.

    Kyrie??

Kyrie is out there creating litte complaining communist bums with victim mentality..

Kobe was all about being thankful, working hard, being a pro and being great at what you do (no weaknesses).

    Wtf are you even doing?
I don't know about this. He definitely likes bron ball better but he did play in a system in miami for 4 years.

Not saying it's a conspiracy. It's just weird that bron can join wade and bosh for chips and kd can joing steph and klay for chips but cp3 wasn't aloud to tream up with kobe. It's kind of b.s too because wade and kd are better than cp3.

And think about how that changes history. If cp3 is aloud to join kobe there's a goid chance they win a chip or 2 and now kobe is at 6 or 7 rings and probably another fmvp or 2. On the flip side If bron and steph aren't aloud colluding then steph is probably sitting on one chip and still no fmvps and bron probably has no rings or 1 ring if you don't consider kyrie and love colluding.

The funny thing is the Hornets ended up with a worse package than what they would have received in the Lakers trade. Homeboys really ended up trading CP3 for Eric Gordon and Chris Kaman.

So basically, the owners who collectively owned the team screwed both the Lakers and the team they owned to benefit their own teams. Nice system.

Dan Gilbert is a slimy, slithery clown. Remember that emotional breakdown he had in the letter he sent to Cavs fans after The Decision? Shameful.

This is that piss poor owner Dan Gilbert writing a letter to stern regarding the trade:

    Commissioner,

It would be a travesty to allow the Lakers to acquire Chris Paul in the apparent trade being discussed.
This trade should go to a vote of the 29 owners of the Hornets.
Over the next three seasons this deal would save the Lakers approximately $20 million in salaries and approximately $21 million in luxury taxes. That $21 million goes to non-taxpaying teams and to fund revenue sharing.
I cannot remember ever seeing a trade where a team got by far the best player in the trade and saved over $40 million in the process. And it doesn’t appear that they would give up any draft picks, which might allow to later make a trade for Dwight Howard. (They would also get a large trade exception that would help them improve their team and/or eventually trade for Howard.) When the Lakers got Pau Gasol (at the time considered an extremely lopsided trade) they took on tens of millions in additional salary and luxury tax and they gave up a number of prospects (one in Marc Gasol who may become a max-salary player).
I just don’t see how we can allow this trade to happen.
I know the vast majority of owners feel the same way that I do.
When will we just change the name of 25 of the 30 teams to the Washington Generals?
    Please advise….

Because they didn't want Kobe to catch MJ.

Because the other owners freaked out about it since they thought it would be too over powered. If Kobe could cruise to titles with Pau what do you think he'd do with chris ****ing paul?

Then y'all bronstans gonna cry about how bron won more rings and shit. lol.
People don't rate LeBron so high because his stats look better than certain other players (although it helps of course).

    Basketball abilities and skills? Nope.

I think it's because lebron won more than those guys.

Kobe still the better player and winner in less time.
