We would look at a minimum of 6 companies in America that are struggling , AND buy them out.
We would then have the employees own the company , and when the company is bought out from us , we would own 5% of the company.

B) turn in ticket via the corporation, this shields your name, keeps people from suing you directly for a piece, and minimizes your taxes.
C) decide on a set amount to give immediately family members. Let them know it will be a one time thing. Probably the same for some close friends.
D) offer to pay for school of their choice for the kids of siblings, in-laws and probably close cousins. They would have to finish to get it taken care of.
E) buy real estate, invest the rest.
