All this stuff is awful. 85% of my drinking is water during the day, 1 beer or coca-cola, and 1.5 coffees per day. I know it's not the healthiest, but it's better than drinking shit like Red Bull.

If it doesn't satisfy you anymore, i'd say adderalls could be a good alternative. Even moreso if you love to eat a lot of corn rolls.

Agreed, most of these energy drinks taste like shit and are packed with questionable ingredients... yerba mate is the only one i'll consume (guayaki brand grapefruit or cranberry preferably)

I drink these by the case. 0 sugar or sweetners... no calories, basically just seltzer water with a slight hint of green tea and some caffeine.
