I'd like to add two great passers from older time big men:
Arvydas Sabonis
Bill Walton
These two were great passers from the low post, from a time when centers were usually expected to score once they got the ball. A different style from those pure assist, play-making point guards.
I mentioned Arvydas but his nickname as "Sabas"
I considered Walton but he was kind of basic as a passer as great as he was as a big. Arvydas surpassed him and now Jokic even took the new torch and doing some next shit

Need to mention great passers like Fat Lever, Rod Strickland, Kevin Porter, Scott Skiles, Kevin Johnson, Andre Miller, and etc.

Stockton is way high on a lot of lists. Despite his gaudy assist numbers I never found him to have court vision with the best of all time.
