Is college/international ball HARDER to succeed in than the NBA?
For example look at LaMelo Ball. This guy struggled in international ball but in the NBA his stats are actually better, and it looks like ROY is his to lose. He looks way more confident and talented in the NBA than he did playing overseas.
Because of the pay and location, the NBA obviously attracts the best of the best in the world but once players make it into the league, do you think their job actually becomes EASIER?

Luca said it was easier to score here than in Europe if I remember correctly

Easier to score in the NBA, but it's harder to win compared to the other leagues because like I said, it's easier to score.
International rules are harsher, as we saw what happened to Giannis.

Wouldn't say harder they just play differently. Both use more of a team concept so your less likely to have one guy dominate the ball and put up crazy stats like bron and luka do.
