In New York, thousands of protesters stretching at least eight blocks chanted "He cheats, he lies, open up your eyes" near the Trump International Hotel on the edge of Central Park.

Thousands were standing near Central Park patiently waiting to join in the march, many held signs calling for the impeachment of Trump.

Marina Sarreria, daughter in hand, said she hopes Trump is impeached soon, for the sake of women and girls. “We do not need a sexual predator in office,” she said. “I think people have not been mobilizing like this for years. Appointing a white supremacist into office, he has gone down on that road. There is no way he would last four years.”

Susan McMillan, from a group called Hillary Clinton Brigade, has said she hopes Trump is impeached sooner rather than later. “If he is no longer in office, there would be a chance of reconciliation,” she explained.

Trump’s ties to Russia were mentioned as a likely reason for the possible impeachment, and Putin was a popular choice for the protest sign graphics. A few protesters carried signs with a picture of Putin in Soviet Army uniform holding a baby Trump. In the midst of the protest, news of the death of the Russian ambassador to the UN was shared by the protestors. “This is what is happening now.”

“First, I want to see him investigated, and if they find out he was colluding with Russia, I think it might be grounds for impeachment. Republicans need to do their job and check his power,” Deborah Schaeffer said.

Not comparable yes the Dems bitched and moaned after Hillary lost. Trump supporters were just as emotional and more violent(Jan6). Also why can’t people not talk about him, there’s lots of important developments and investigations against Trump.
