It’s exactly as bad as I thought it would be. Joss’ cut wasn’t great but this isn’t much better. There’s just twice as much bad as the first one.

It’s an excruciatingly boring three-hour build-up, a cool half hour followed by another half hour of “Hey, let’s add on an irrelevant epilogue so we can toss some more DC faces on screen.”

The movie would be an hour shorter with zero impact on the story if Snyder could restrain himself from using slow motion every ten f*cking minutes for absolutely no reason.

Thank f*ck that his hands are officially severed from DC. These characters deserve better than this.

the pacing issues (particular when introducing the characters) are absolutely a flaw in this film, but it's inherently flawed because they set out to compete with the avengers who all had a shit load of films to roll out their characters vs the JL ensemble thrown at the audience with little backstory. it's still much better than the original cut however.
