No, it's numbers that someone claims are from the CDC. It's a step above pulling numbers from your ass, it's pulling numbers from your ass, putting them on a fancy graphic, and then claiming that the numbers are legit by putting "SOURCE: cdc.gov" on the bottom of the screen. I went to the CDC website and spent half an hour looking for data on Covid survival rates, and I couldn't find anything. Maybe I was just looking in the wrong places. If someone has an actual link to a legit source of survival rate statistics, and would like to post that link, I'd be happy to look at it. Since I don't have any actual proof that the 99.9% figure is incorrect, I could be totally wrong. If I am, I'll happily admit it. Well, maybe not happily, but I'll own up.

Thanks for your concern about my health! I haven't lived in San Antonio since the early 2000's, so those statistics probably don't apply to me any more. On the other hand I do still live in Texas, which is a red state. And residents of red states are more likely to be overweight than residents of blue states, soooooo.... once again, I appreciate your concern.
