How do you deal with regrets?

I made a stupid decision couple months ago and I'm so angry at myself for doing it. I can't sleep well at night because of it.

How do yalls deal with regrets?

Try to make a lesson out of it to ease the constant shame, and then distract myself as much as I can until I completely forget about it

sometimes it just takes time to get over things but just know that no one is perfect we all make mistakes and the best thing to do is learn from it and not repeat it. no one is perfect young king so pick your head up you got this shit we grow from bad decisions, growth is key

Don't judge yourself for feeling the way you feel. Take that thought and put it somewhere else so it's no longer in your head. Recognize that you can't change the past, accept it, and move on. Everyone has regrets, but you can't let them control your life.
