News: 1 day agoHill officially cleared waivers Thursday and is set to sign a two-year, $8 million contract with the Bucks, Shams Charania of The Athletic reports.

Spin: The Sixers waived Hill earlier in the week, and it was quickly reported that the veteran guard planned to return to Milwaukee, where he spent part of the 2018-19 season and the entire 2019-20 campaign. Injuries limited the 35-year-old to just 30 appearances between the Thunder and Sixers last season, but he still managed to shoot 48.2 percent from the field and 38.8 percent from three. Hill will bring reliable depth to the defending champs, for whom he averaged 9.4 points, 3.1 assists, 3.0 rebounds and 1.4 made threes (46.0% 3PT) per game two seasons ago.
