I remember being amazed that Gasol wasn’t being called for fouls that game. He had 0 in the full 24 minutes he played in the second half.

If you rewatch that 2010 finals game seven there was a clear inconsistency between how the Ref's called it in Q1-Q3 vs. Q4, and then a clear inconsistency in Q4 between how they called it for the Lakers vs. the Celtics.

Some ridiculous number of FTs for the Lakers in Q4, like 20, that was more than what the Celtics had all game, and it was not like the Lakers were living in the paint while the Celtics were only shooting perimeter jumpers.

I didn't think I could hate anyone more than him, until Lebron and his fraud came along, which enlightened me to Kobe's greatness.. Lebron made me realize how crappy ball-dominators really are - if a 6'9" ball-dominator that's build like Karl Malone can barely win, then the ball-dominant skillset is just a shit skillset compared to guys like MJ, Kobe or Bird.
