Scottsdale AZ police acting like Nazis

Amazing that no one has been fired yet and that the woman couldn't find an attorney to sue the department because the cops have "qualified immunity". The arresting officer told her first lawyer hired to defend her in the criminal case that she should just be lucky the case was going to be dropped because the guy hit didn't want to prosecute. She was finally able to get an attorney to represent her in a civil case against the department now that the video has been released.

It's been a year now and the department has not only not disciplined any officers but has yet to admit fault or issue an apology. This is pathetic, just judging by the woman's and her boyfriend's responses, which appear like they are not lying or being deceptive, should have at least taken a step back and discussed whether or not they wanted to matter of factly accused these people of doing something they didn't do. I thought most experienced cops had kind of internal lie detectors.

didn't watch the video, but scottsdale PD is not exactly an exemplary police department. wouldn't put it past them to behave criminally. they seem very giddy when they go around kicking homeless people from the bus stops. that's how you know you're in an upscale place...they shove the homeless to city of Phoenix city line. their mayor tells them to shew them away and they do it with a smile...all so the scottsdalians can continue living in their pretend utopia.
