Absolute moron. Businesses can mandate whatever rules they want. It doesn't affect your civil liberties, and the market determines if that business survives its mandates.

In a 7–2 decision, the Court ruled on narrow grounds that the Commission did not employ religious neutrality, violating Masterpiece owner Jack Phillips's rights to free exercise, and reversed the Commission's decision. The Court did not rule on the broader intersection of anti-discrimination laws, free exercise of religion, and freedom of speech, due to the complications of the Commission's lack of religious neutrality.
this cake shop refused to serve gays. And you know what? The government didn't shut them down, because it's their right who they want to serve. If the owner doesn't want to serve unvaccinated people it's their choice, and if it's a serious enough issue the market will force them to conform or close their doors.

But a business can't refuse to serve a customer based on religious grounds. Just as they can't refuse to serve a customer because because of race, gender, age, or any other "protected class".

So yeah, angry dude. You're fully protected if you can prove that your religion forbids vaccination. And I know that there are some fringe religious cults that don't allow transfusions, so maybe there's one that forbids vaccinations. But angry guy was way too angry that he was being denied pizza. If he was really being discriminated against, he'd be used to that. And he'd take that recorded evidence and file a lawsuit against the pizza place. But he was just making the whole thing up as he went along, so nothing will come of this.

Businesses cannot mandate whatever rules they want. If you believe that, especially after 2020, then you're an absolute moron.
