I was one of the people crying about Marvel pandering to the new generation when they rebooted hawkeye, ironman and spiderman to be represented by minorities. Turned out those books achieved what they set out to do and refreshed a group of stale characters.

You're right. But we shouldn't be normalizing this even further. It only creates a degenerative society. We need to get away from over-sexualization, especially for our children. Just because they're already exposed to it on Twitter and Instagram doesn't mean that it should bleed out into other things like comic books or even children's books which I've seen have already.
