Brad Townsend: Denver’s win over Memphis locks Minnesota into 7th place and the play-in tournament. It also guarantees the Mavs will face either Utah or Denver in the first round of the playoffs.

Danuel House Jr.’s NBA future was uncertain this season but it won’t be next season. That guy has earned a significant NBA role. I’m sure that Jazz fans will be hoping that he is re-signed with the Jazz but even if he’s not, there will be teams that are going to pay him. He’s just a flat out good basketball player and every team in the league wants a guy that can defend and make plays and is as energetic as House is.
if Clarkson is on the team and House or Juancho aren't **** the Jazz!

John Drew needs our prayers. Born in Vredenburgh, Alabama, the two-time National Basketball Association All-Star and one of the most dominant high school basketball players in the history of the state is in the late days of stage 4 bone cancer.

Keith says a mass was first discovered on his father’s shoulder a decade ago during a physical. “He said the doctor told him then that he needed to do something about it, but he never did anything about it.” John Drew also kept the discovery to himself, even as pain sometimes made walking a struggle. “For the last two years, he complained about his back,” Keith said. “He could walk but it was just hurting so bad.” “It started bothering him about five years ago, but he never told nobody about it,” Keith said. “About a month and a half ago when he began hurting so bad he had to be hospitalized for a couple of weeks. That’s when the doctor told him he had bone cancer, stage 4, and that there was nothing they could do about it. That’s when we found out about it.”

Keith Drew said his father has been in good spirits. “He’s at peace with it,” he said, adding, “He said if he had to do it over again, he wouldn’t change nothin’.”

should have been his contract after what he showed last season. The front office has done a horrible job and still no starting 4 or 3rd string center

Keith Smith: Trent Forrest was a straight conversion for the Utah Jazz, a league source tells @spotrac. Rest of this season for Forrest (he will be playoff eligible), then eligible for restricted free agency this summer.

Probably makes sense with Butler and Nickeil under contract and bad contracts for Clarkson and Gay now that they need to deal with too
