If you could eliminate one thing?
what would it be? And to be clear this is a magic switch to erase this concept from the minds of currently alive people and any material real world evidence of it (eg books etc). What you can’t control is people coming up with it again.
I’d probably pick religion.
It sucks in the format it is. Religion seems mainly about validation and fitting in with a group of others and having a shared system of living life. It’s been perverted to be a system of power and made up deities. I’m jelly that i’m
not religious honestly. I’d love to be a part of a group of people with shared beliefs that had branches all over the world. Just can’t get past the made up parts of all of it.

Well by eliminating something as big as religion, you'd leave a huge trail of destruction. There will now be millions of buildings that suddenly disappear, tens of millions of jobs that are lost, millions of people homeless, hundreds if not thousands of civil wars all around the world, etc.

Re: If you could eliminate one thing?
People actually need to go back to religion. Or go back to God, period. The world is crazier without God.
If I had to eliminate one thing from the face of the Earth, it would be Liberalism.

the internet has created a generation of soft spoiled lazy children dependent on their phones for remembering basic information. our need to have access to information immediately. people's anxiety levels and depression from likes and comments on social media posts. uber eats type apps making it possible for people to never see the light of day. people investing in invisible crypto currency backed by nothing while your money literally gets deposited into a non existent bank account. our enemies spying on our every move from other countries stealing our information and most private moments. children being abused and trafficked.
the internet is a literal abomination and will be the end of us all

Wouldn't you mentally melt down if a alien beings came here and said they planted the seed to create you ...
What would you do with all those church's ???
I am not against religion , but people assume way to much.

I don't even understand your reply to me. You either have a gripe with what I said or you don't.
God is not a physical thing for you to see and touch. It's a spiritual realization that there is a creator and we are not alone in the universe and humanity didn't come about by happenstance. There is a difference between God and religion. Religion was created by man. Man is not perfect. Too many people equate God with the Christian God. God can be anything. And he is the Alpha and the Omega.
