It's the same thing. Liberals don't want the government telling them what to do with their bodies when it comes to abortion and defend that position feverishly and quite passionately.

However, when anti-vaxxers or more importantly anti-vax mandators argue the same position that government shouldn't force them to take a vaccine, you people somehow suddenly side with the government.

Not at all. If the vaccines work than the unvaccinated are really only putting themselves in danger and they've willingly made that decision to accept that risk so if they die or get sick they have nobody but themselves to blame.

Morally speaking getting an abortion is 100 times worse than not getting vaccinated. This isn't debatable other than the small percentage of cases where woman get pregnant due to being raped.
