    But before that? Prob have to go as far back as... ‘Lando Woolridge? He was pretty boss for a while, tho his career took a sharp downturn around 84.

    Derozan is who carried those raptors teams pre kawhi, once they took derozan off they were a lottery team.

    ^^^ must be nice to have an equal-scoring partner to attract equal defensive attention.

    Everyone in history needed a teammate to match or exceed their scoring for entire playoff runs, while Jordan averaged 10-30 more than Pippen in every SERIES, so only Jordan faced 1-man team defensive coverage for his entire career.. Kenny Smith talks about MJ being the only 1-man show here.

    Btw, it's also nice to have a juggernaut, elite-scoring sidekick like Lavine, Curry, Kobe or AD, rather than a lesser scoring true 2nd option like Klay, Pippen, Terry, Lowry, or Pau
