honestly I'm more shocked at how people don't spend every waking moment of their lives trying to figure out how to prevent dying at 80 or 90. people worry so much about stupid things like saving for their future or politics and social issues or sports when literally none of that stuff will stop you from dying. you will die and everything you bought or have saved up with go to someone else. scientists should be more worried about anti aging drugs but that doesn't make them money. they want people to get sick and die cause that means more temporary vaccines and pills. they need their millions instead of another 50 years on earth before becoming worm food lol

20 years is a really f*cking long time. There will be a generation of people who grow up never knowing the Staples Center. Plus, every time it's mentioned on TV, it'll be the Crypto center.

As the time passes, that'll be the prevailing name while the rest of us will just be waving our fists at the cloud about the old days when a different corporation had the naming rights to the arena.

No doubt, altho “staples center” at least has a ring to it. But I agree it’s no more dignified in principle than crypto.com arena.

I think a wonderful compromise between sponsor interests and community integrity would be to name the venue LeCrypto.com Arena.

Just feels more organic and authentic.
