    9. Laurence Fishburne
    10. Samuel L. Jackson

    Honorable mention:

    Roger Guenveur Smith (Pretty much a black version of Gary Oldman)
    Clarence Williams III

    Freeman over Whitaker? I may be biased because Forest is one of my favorite actors right now overall so I'd put him at #1 anyway, but even an unbiased observer wouldn't put Morgan Freeman at #1, especially not over Whitaker.

    Out of these guys, Freeman, Washington, Cheadle, Whitaker, Glover, Fishburne and Jackson, I say Whitaker and Fishborne are the only two who has any kind of acting range.
