I forget about Clyde Drexler. I think Mullin was listed as a Small Forward in the 1990's.

I thought Sprewell was a small forward because he was on the Knicks with Allan Houston at shooting guard

I would say the second best was Reggie Miller.
Drexler dropped off in the mid 90s while Miller kept it going the entire decade.
