If this were baseball all of the shady stuff would keep him out of the Hall. He's basically Football's Pete Rose everyone knows he's dirty but he's popular so we don't talk about it.

Brady had elite coaching, elite o-lines, elite defenses, elite kicker for his entire career.

You could say Deion Branch wasn't elite WR so until 2007, Brady was missing an elite WR. That changed in 2007 when Randy Moss and Wes Welker arrived. Since 2007, Brady always had a stud receiver (both with Patriots and Bucs). That's 15 consecutive seasons. It's pretty much unheard of.

Who could forget the elite defense the patriots had in 2011 with the legendary Julian Edelman playing CB

    Logan Mankins, G
    Brian Waters, G
    Andre Carter, DE

Lol, I was just about to say Tom Brady took 2 teams to the super bowl with bad defenses, 2011 & 2017.

I also remember his O-Line being pretty bad in 2015 and 2019. To say Brady had elite defenses and offensive line play his entire career is wrong.

Really he was able to use his terrible defenses(with multiple probowlers) to beat Tim Tebow, Marcus Mariotta and Blake Bortles what an accomplishment

The funny thing is, that Jaguars team had like a top 5 scoring offense that year and probably the best running team in the NFL. Didn't they drop like 45 points on the Steelers the week before or something? Shit, in the AFCCG the Pats D made Bortles look pretty damn good at times, it's one of the reasons why the Jaguars made the mistake in bringing him back the next year.

Also find it funny how you have Peyton Manning as pretty much the best QB in the super bowl era given all his choke jobs in the playoffs.

    In the playoffs
Brady vs Manning w Mangini 0-2
Brady vs Manning wo Mangini 3-0

So even Manning's "choke jobs" are iffy to me thanks to spygate.

You would have to be a fool to believe Manning's only choke jobs came against the Patriots. There are so many examples of him coming up short.

2002 - Embarrassing 41-0 loss where he threw under 150 yards and 2 picks
2005 - One and done despite being the #1 seed
2009 - Throws horrible picks 6 in the super bowl that cost them the game
2012 - One and done despite being the #1 seed. Throws terrible INT in OT that cost them the game
2013 - Got absolutely murdered in the super bowl

The 2 super bowls he won? Got carried by his defense.

    2006 Manning in the playoffs - 3 TDs | 7 INTs | 71 QB rating
    2015 Manning in the playoffs - 2 TDs | 1 INT | 75 QB rating

in 2006 The Colts were ranked 21st in Defense, he beat the number 1 defense that year (Ravens), and both #1 seeds (Bears, Patriots)
in 2015 The Broncos beat the AFC's #1 and #2 offenses (Steelers, Patriots) and a 15-1 Panthers team with the MVP

Oh but his numbers weren't good

Yea, lets ignore the fact that the Broncos in 2015 had a legendary defense while Manning was the worst starting QB in the NFL at that point, even benched by Osweiler at one point.

That Colts defense held the Ravens to 6 points in 2006 while Manning threw for 170 yards and 2 INTs. And no, the Pats were not the #1 seed that year, that was the Chargers. Manning had a mediocre performance in the super bowl vs the Bears as well, the story of the game was the Colts defense holding the Bears offense to 7 points and only 265 yards. (Hester returned a kick off for a TD).

Manning was pretty mediocre in both postseasons.
