Kobe had a worse team than LeBron and still led them to the playoffs. Lakers were one Tim Thomas miracle 3 away from upsetting the 2 seed suns with MVP Nash in 6 games as well.

MJ used to carry 10 ppg Pippen into the playoffs and advance them til they had to play the dynasty pistons too so his production was legit as well.

Pretty easy to do when you play in the easiest scoring era ever and you only play half the game. Shit imagine what mj could of done offensively if he didn't have to play defense

That's a great point. Jordan missed nearly 4 years due to retirements. He might have pushed the total points close to 40k along with additional All-Defensive awards, maybe another MVP in 1994 or 1995, 2 more rings. You are absolutely right, never thought about that.
