I think what you mean is that the moon does not have an atmosphere. Or maybe that's not what you mean, because you say that Earth has crap flying through the AIR, which is the atmosphere. Which means you're making a distinction between the two. And then you mention that the moon does not have particles flying through the air, as if the moon has air.

Also, I could be wrong, I'm not going to re read all of the comments, but I don't think anyone here has mentioned solar panels, much less ask how come Earth's solar panels are not as good as the moon rover solar panels. Come to think of it I don't even think the Lunar Rover used solar panels, but a battery instead. Unless you're talking about the Mars rovers, which would be odd since everyone is talking about the moon landing here.

I am obviously referencing something beyond you , because you live in the concrete confines of a city.

I live in the country and when you turn on a flashlight at night there is tons of particles flying thru the air.
Obviously the moon does not have these particles because it does not have an atmosphere as you have stated.
Because of this photo's are much clearer from when the moon landings occurred.

my reference to the mars rovers solar panels is reference to the technology that NASA has , and what is not available to the general public , in regards to solar panels.
