I'm picking Heat in 7 but I am biased. Celtics are no joke obviously, but the Heat have a lot of the same strengths.

Tatum and Butler are both having 2/4 of the greatest playoff runs of the last 22 years. Kawhi and LeBron being the other two.

But I think Tatum is bigger, better defender and better shooter. Tatum is flat out better then butler and just about anybody else right now. Put tatum on butler all series and don't switch.

Picking Heat in 7 as well. I think there's potential that Butler outplays Tatum and is the best player in the series. Heat can match whatever the C's throw out there, but the Celtics obviously are a bigger threat from the perimeter, but the Heat are also one of the best at defending 3s and can switch everything and have an advantage inside and on the glass with Bam, who annihilated them in 2020, so Bam has to give the Heat 18-20 efficient pts with elite defense (he averaged 22/11/5/2/1 on over 60% shooting in 2020). Obviously there's no Kemba or Hayward for the Heat to attack this time around, but they have a better team too.

I have the Heat winning in 6 games.

I wonder if people realize this is a way more favourable matchup for the Heat than the Bucks would have been.


As they don’t have to deal with Middleton, Giannis, and most of all Brook Lopez who owns them.
