Didn't feel like cooking and my gf is away a few days. So tuna, mayo, boiled eggs, celery, carrots, serrano pepper, 1/2 a habanero, a little bit of cabbage and spinach, even threw in some apple and pecans (which are probably better suited for chicken salad). All mixed up on wheat bread with a slice of cheddar. Was my dinner and breakfast lol

I usually eat once a day and have dinner around 6PM with some fruit and berries afterwards.

Today it was ribeye steak dry rubbed in brown sugar, garlic powder, onion powder, paprika, salt, pepper, cheyenne pepper. Green beans and carrots in butter and a pinch of brown sugar.

If you're looking for a tasty and easy-to-prepare dinner option, spicy sausage dip might just be the perfect choice. This dish is not only delicious, but it's also incredibly versatile and can be enjoyed in a variety of ways.
