Right now there are 25 states where abortion will be a felony and some carry a max 99-year prison sentence.

12 of those states have no exceptions made for rape or incest.



That means a woman can be raped and then forced to have the rapist's child and die giving birth to that child all while the rapist drinks a beer.

Those states are literally protecting the rapist more than the woman who was raped.

And one last point while I'm in here.

All moral arguments aside.

Our Supreme Court shouldn't be making ANY medical decisions for us, they are not doctors.

Child birth is serious shit and many women die doing it.

Doctors need to be making the call here. Not Clarence Thomas.

The Supreme Court isn't making any medical decisions... They are leaving it up to the States, which technically is the right constitutional move to make.... It's not a Federal issue any longer, it's a State by State issue.

So if you live in a Red State, or in the State of Texas... take it up with them, not Clarence Thomas.
