I hear that too, that people from Michoacan have like the Mexican version of a hick image, like we the Mexican equivalent of Texas. At least that's what a few folks I talk to told me, didn't realize that myself, haha. I always thought that fit more like Sinaloenses but what do I know...I'm actually pretty chill IRL, none of my fam has ever been in serious trouble with the law, only one cousin who got caught up in gangs and served some time for selling drugs (in California).

The storms over there are a different animal, you could actually tell when it's gonna rain just by looking at the clouds, unlike here in Cali where it's hard to tell cause of the polluted air. The lightning you hear during a storm out there is also pretty freaky.
