Crazy bad luck. Defense starting to look dominant and an offense thats super hard to stop.
The rookie looked decent but no way they do anything in the playoffs now.

When Trey Lance went down I knew the 49ers would be fine with Jimmy G, yes he has his limitations, but dude was probably having his best season as a pro and the defense & the weapons he has on offense was top tier. This team kinda reminds me of their 2019 version, but with more weapons. Shame the season ends like this.
Weird to say, but the Cowboys now have a really good shot to make the super bowl.

Minus that one hiccup against the Packers, the Cowboys have been thugging teams over the past 2 months.
24-6
49-29
40-3
54-19
And that Giants score was much closer than it appeared, they scored a garbage time TD with 10 seconds left. I can only imagine what they're going to do to the Texans next week

Cowboys were only up 2 points heading into the 4th, now they are up 54-19.

With how the seeding are, there is a chance the two best teams (NFC) Eagles & Cowboys don't even meet in the NFC Championship game, might be a divisional round game which sucks.

Brutal 4th quarter by my Colts. Absolutely brutal. Just glad we had no chance of playoffs so it hurts less.

With Garoppolo out the Eagles & Cowboys are by FAR the two best teams in that conference. The Vikes imo are pretenders and the rest of the NFC is incredibly weak.
The AFC though, holy shit, that is shaping up to be an epic bloodbath Barring a fluke you're going to have to go through some combo of Buffalo/KC/Cincy just to make the Super Bowl, and the Ravens (with Lamar of course) are gonna be a tough out too.

They've been getting wins by the skin of their teeth. With Lamar not at 100% I don't see them being any real threat come the postseason. Lamar usually gets held in check and the Ravens usually bow out early.
Agree that the AFC overall though is going to be a fun watch these playoffs.

Have fun!
That's the thing with these mobile QBs. They can greatly benefit a team when healthy, but they tend to have short primes because of injuries. Once they lose a little bit of athleticism because of age and/or constant injuries, you see a huge drop in them, because most of them are not natural passers, we are starting to see the injury issues with Lamar Jackson. Cam Newton is a good example. Michael Vick had like one good season after he got released from prison, but was pretty mediocre after that.
Constant rushing attempts can be brutal for a player, which is why most RBs fall off a cliff once they hit their 30's.

Sorry but you're horrible at predicting shit...you thought the Angels had the most talented team last season, you named some unknown Japanese pitcher the best in the world, you thought Freddy Adu could be dark horse candidate for best scorer in this world cup...you predicting Fields not doing anything gives me more hope

Tbf though Vick was ALWAYS a mediocre passer. Even his one fluke season in 2010 he fell off pretty badly down the stretch of that year, culminating in a one and done playoff loss.
But you're right, these scrambling QB's typically have a pretty short shelf life. Even the ones like Lamar who won MVP in dominating fashion seemingly will as well. The only one who had a notably lengthy career was McNabb.
