Nope. What you'll do is continue to cry like a little girl.

There's a reason you love Lebron so much. Losers are attracted to losers.

Majerle shits all over Hornacek. He was a good shooter and could handle well for a sg in those days (as in initiate a play,) but imo there are a lot of dudes you could replace him or Russell with. I think Utah ultimately just didn’t have the cast around Stockton and Malone. Like you put schrempf and majerle and they prol win a ring. Give them someone with more IQ at center like Longley and they do even better.

That Jazz team had some flawed players. Benoit. Eisley. Foster. Ofc to be fair I dono if that was Prime Horny, but if that’s what you are talking about, herro is better easy, to me.

The only dude out of their bums who I ride with is Carr. Horny would be second cuz he is a gamer, but look at how tiny he is vs MJ.

Majerle wasnt a pg. Horny was as well as a two. Sure other guys could have replaced russell but he was the 1st one in that role that jerry liked. Carr was great the 1st year they had him but as was usually the case in utah they hung on to him to long. Should have been gone after his 2nd year. Collins had plenty of iq at center thats why sloan liked him. It wasnt because he was good! Whatvplayer isnt flawed? I liked foster. I liked benoit before they ever had russell. Again the coach didnt which is all that mattered in utah and that was a big part of the problem. He got out coached thoroughly by phil

Foster was cool, but he’s not a championship player any more than slava medvedenko.

I enjoyed Benoit as well, more than Russell, but he played like most young athletes do.

Imagine Jazz with Hornacek spelling Stockton and playing scorer as 6th man.

I can’t say he got outcoached because I feel chi was just better. The only guy to truly go to is Malone. Stockton can score as well as any pg can (true pg,) but he just scored in the gaps. Ideally they’d have at least one other guy who could score. That’s why I kinda liked Carr is he came in and pretended he was baby Karl. Didn’t always work, but I feel it helped the team.

Ron Harper was super underrated imo. One could compare him to someone like Suns Grant Hill imo, but not really as good at shooting. He was big and could punish guards. Having kukoc off the bench meant they had four guys who could break down the D: pip, mj, toni, and harper. At that point just role players is ok cuz there is generally someone on floor that can do it. When stockton AND malone weren’t on floor, Jazz were meh.

I concede I dunno about their team much other than vs Shaq and Finals, tho. I saw enough.

Yeah, I did actually forget him, and I liked how he balled, but he's still a piece of a team, not a championship starter imo. They did a lot with inferior talent, imo. They had amazing dudes in Malone and Stockton, but the rest of their guys outside of Hornacek were role players. And Hornacek wasn't a great fit to be one of their top scorers. It's kinda amazing how they had a team full of guys averaging like 13 ppg.

So, in a way I do think Herro might be better, but I am not a huge expert on him, either. But I feel like he could get 20 even back then. It's kinda a weird comparison because I would say people regard Herro as a star and prol a Max guy now haha. Horny is not and never was.
