If you were smart, you would have read that the balloon is traveling at 60,000 feet above the ground. That's over 11 miles. The highest caliber rifle round can probably only travel a maximum distance of 4 miles.

But I do remember California Representative Eric Swallwell saying that he had nukes he would use against American citizens, so perhaps he can use one of those nukes he has instead.
