I think there should be more black leaders who spend their time and energy focused on educating the youth in a positive way without implanting excuses and racial narratives which only perpetuate their problems. I dont have to change anything to have a grasp on the problem. The solution is wildly complex and requires a collective shift from millions of people.

Woke culture isn't white culture. It's a new phenomenon that was created in an ever growing soft society of people who haven't earned anything and don't know what it's like to create a sustainable and thriving country. Woke culture is the onset of accelerated entropy within a country.

Pointing fingers at the people responsible for said violence is exactly the right thing to do. In what other scenario in life do we blame other people for actions? Do we blame general murderers on society or do they get locked up forever?
