He does slow down the pace on offense. But where he really hurts them is sandbagging on defense 75% of the minutes he plays. That and he's absolutely terrible in the clutch, yet he still takes most of the key shots during crunch time. And usually misses them.

He can obviously still score. If Ham/the Lakers had any cojones, they'd bench Lebron and use him solely as an offensive weapon for 1 1/2 - 2 quarters a game. That would be in accordance with his stamina, and I guarantee the Lakers would be playing much better ball.
