Adrian Wojnarowski: Free agent center Nerlens Noel is signing a deal with the Brooklyn Nets, his agent @George Langberg tells ESPN. After completing buyout with Pistons, Noel joins a Nets team needing some size off the bench.

Kris Dunn’s 10-day contract with the Utah Jazz will expire on Saturday. But the Jazz aren’t going to be letting Dunn walk. Sources with knowledge of the situation told the Deseret News that the Jazz will be signing Dunn to a second 10-day contract on Saturday. Dunn, 28, is in his seventh NBA season. After signing a 10-day contract with the Jazz on Feb. 22, he immediately thrust into the rotation with injuries to Jordan Clarkson and Collin Sexton opening up some minutes.

Sources tell Lakers Daily that the Lakers are considering bringing in Kemba Walker for a workout. The team is looking for another ball-handler with LeBron James expected to miss extended time due to a foot injury. It was reported that the team is bracing for James to miss the stretch run of the 2022-23 season, which puts a lot of pressure on Anthony Davis, D’Angelo Russell (who currently is dealing with an ankle injury) and others to keep Los Angeles alive in the play-in tournament race in the Western Conference. Walker, who last played for the Dallas Mavericks in the 2022-23 season, has not been the same player over the past few seasons after dealing with chronic knee issues.

With an open roster spot and a plethora of veterans available for 10-day or rest-of-the-season contracts, it’s time for Stevens to sign somebody. The names on the market are familiar, depending on what Stevens believes the Celtics need. The players available include LaMarcus Aldridge, Dwight Howard, DeMarcus Cousins, Derrick Favors, Hassan Whiteside, Moses Brown, Tristan Thompson, and Serge Ibaka. Some of those names are intriguing, some aren’t. But the Celtics need a healthy body to eat up some minutes and give Mazzulla more options.

I thought any big could do it? One guy brings Ainge one of the biggest hauls ever and the other guy is off for Puerto Rico. Something doesn't compute here. Trolls?

Shams Charania: The Utah Jazz and guard Kris Dunn have agreed to a new deal for the remainder of the season, sources tell me and @Tony Jones. Dunn is averaging 11.6 points, 4.8 assists and 4.8 rebounds for Jazz and earns a full deal after his second 10-day ended.

Guess he didn't want a multi year non guaranteed deal? He's been great. Hopefully he's still playing once Sexton comes back. One of their top players easily
