Default Jamal Murray 18 points in the 1st quarter...Don't ever wanna hear that Jokic has no

    help.

It's over. He's back in form.

Oh and he went on a personal run with Jokic on the bench against the best defense in the league.

Nobody ever said he doesn't have help.

People, including me, have just pointed out to you that the Nuggets have sucked all year when Jokic is off the court....and they have tonight as well. A quick -6 since Jokic went to the bench. That doesn't mean Murray isn't a really good player...it's just that this team, for whatever reason, simply isn't good when Jokic is on the bench.

Doesn't make Jokic better than he is...but it does make winning harder...because when Giannis goes to the bench this year....the Bucks still outscore teams...but the Nuggets get destroyed when their star isn't playing.

Truly, what is so hard to understand?

Yea one quarter in a random game should do it.

No one has ever said that Jokic doesn’t currently have help. It’s just in the past he’s never had a healthy team of this caliber. Which is unarguable.

Bet you were shitting on KG for not beating the Kings or Lakers with Wally Szczerbiak as his main guy.

It’s not rocket science. Sometimes great players don’t have great teams around them. We’ll see what happens in the playoffs but the Nuggets have a solid chance. They also have really poor depth which can hurt in a playoff series. Which is something I’d think you’d know.

Jamal Murray is at best like the 14th best PG in the league. He's a nice player but has never been as good as he should be. He is not a championship caliber number two.

Nobody in today’s league lacks scoring help the way somebody like Mitch Richmond would when he has Olden Polynice scoring like 11. Too much scoring to not have multiple guys doing numbers. Even bad teams. The Hornets have like 5 guys who score 20 a couple times a week. Everybody scores 115-125 these days. One guy isn’t gonna score 25 and not have other people get theirs on the way to 128 points. Hard to make it as simple as having a second ppg sidekick these days.

The league almost makes any second option score 18 a game.

I saw this dude talk about how Murray, MPJ, and Gordon score slightly more collectively than Jrue, Middleton, and Lopez as a way to argue that Giannis and Jokic are on the same playing field help-wise. Some people have hangups and won’t be pleased unless something else comes along and pisses them off more.

Middleton has only scored 400 points this season so I’m not sure why he’s even in the conversation this year. The Bucks are one of those better than the sum of their parts teams really. Been mostly Jrue, Lopez, and Bobby Portis.

Well yea..that’s why arguing that MPJ > Middleton based on their current scoring numbers to argue and Bucks/Nuggets roster is silly. Things like that are why folks think basketball fans are dumbasses.

Remove Giannis and Jokic from the picture. In a 7 game series do we really think a it’s going more than 5 in the Bucks favor? There might be a game where Murray gets hot but that’s about it.
