Plenty of documented instances of the police infringing on peoples second amendment right. In fact it’s all patrol cops do. Pull people over and ask them if they are armed so they know if the leverage of violence is in their favor. They then disarm the person and start looking to enforce the gun laws that apply.

Cops are anti second amendment.
