As we know Arab country's have pursued wind as well as solar energy to propel their countries for resources.

US seems like global warming isn't affected.. but warm winds and northern jet streams from Alaska and canada
have generated record snow falls.
Yesterday here in northern Wisc. just received 20 inch's (Once again a record snow fall for the year)
Leaving for example warmer climates at the north pole region.

In the Saraha and African countries are doing experimental planting in the desert to help combat the 500 miles a year
of desert encroachment.
