They need to attach a severe penalty to hitting people in the nuts. With replay, you can almost always tell if it was intentional. It usually is. You don't often 'accidentally' contact someone's nuts. I certainly haven't haha.

Basketball's a physical game, and it can accidentally happen. I don't think any of the recent ones were intentional. Therefore, I don't think it needs to be more severly punished. A foul is a foul. If you're that concerned about it, wear a cup.
